Andrew + Kristin
Andrew + Kristin
It is so refreshing to see a young couple so rooted in their faith. When I met with Kristin and Andrew I was also not only impressed with their deep commitment to God but to each other as well. Andrew was recently commissioned as an officer in the Air Force and as a fellow service member, I salute his service to our great nation! Kristin's dedication as a military wife is equally impressive as she is more than ready to accept the challenges of a military lifestyle.
I have to say I love a good organized wedding and everything seemed so well planned out. It makes my job so much easier on so many levels! Fortunately, the weather also cooperated to the point of getting the right cloud cover and the right amount of sun at the right times. My assistant and I pulled into town a little early as I was concerned a little about outdoor shots and getting the right scene. I found the perfect spot at a local park and it was actually pretty close to the church so we were in great shape for the day.
With shot lists ready and gear staged at the church, we started getting shots of the gals getting ready and quickly moved to the bride's finishing touches on the dress. Something different that was fun was Kristin also wore her mother's dress before getting in her dress. She wanted to get a picture next to her mother while holding a picture of her parents on their wedding day. What a beautiful heirloom to cherish!
The first look was outstanding and it was as fun to watch as it was to shoot. Kristin's dress was absolutely stunning and Andrew looked SHARP in his uniform.
I was so glad to have extra allotted time for just the pictures of just them. It was a little windy but again lucked out and we're able to get what I needed.
For a Spring morning, they certainly sizzled together and weren't afraid to turn up the heat!
The reception and dance went off without a hitch and so much fun was had throughout the day. Andrew and Kristin, you are such wonderful young people and I wish you a lifetime of joy. Enjoy the rest of the pics and thanks for reading.
These are amazing!! Wonderful job!!
